What we collect

When you place an order we keep your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery date and time, what you ordered, any notes you add, and any payment screenshot you upload. We use this only to bake, deliver and settle your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp.

Who sees it

Only Ain and the people she adds to run the bakery. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use advertising trackers. Your order page has a private link; keep it to yourself.

Staff sign-in

Bakery staff sign in with Google. We receive only their name and email address, used to check they’re allowed into the order dashboard.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for our accounts. Ask us any time to see or delete your details.
